Each area and property type has a reference band built from typical market rates. A quote within about 8% of the average is stamped fair; further above that, it's flagged as watch it or overpriced.

No individual can request removal of someone else's report. The goal is an honest, crowdsourced reference, not a complaints channel against any one agent.
